– Perform Competitive benchmarking and digital maturity audits.
– Leadership accountability for the overall website design, functionality, and performance.
– Manage opt-in registration lead capture forms, templates, and reporting.
– Manage SEM & display advertising campaigns and reporting.
– Manage the website architecture, page construction, and UX
– Build landing page templates, directory listing vendor showcase pages, expert contributor listings.
– Build membership enrollment, social sharing, and ongoing loyalty into all page features content messaging, and user experience.
– Manage website search engine results and continuously tune the search algorithm to assure and improve search performance.
– Optimize page construction to assure continuous time-on-site improvements and increased user engagement.
– Conduct content audits to identify content gaps, quality assurance, and redundancy.
– Evaluate web traffic analytics and provide weekly/monthly management reporting.
– Manage content and data integration with company CRM, Event Management, and Marketing Automation platforms.
– Design a content calendar for social media dissemination.
– Manage Social Listening platforms across markets.
– Manage eCommerce Sites, Product SKU management, Shopify setup, and marketing.
– Build effective cross-sell and up-sell experiences through the complete customer journey, all the way through the purchase, to ensure customers have the complete solutions they need.

– Content creation and administration experience on Sitecore, WordPress, Umbraco, Drupal, Joomla and many other CMS platforms.
